Firstly mase terima lens, perhatikan lens di dalam botol samaada lens dalam keadaan sempurna atau tidak. jika lens didapati koyak/rosak, jgn buka botol lens..terus komplen kepada saya supaya supplier dapat tukarkan dgn yg baru.jika botol sudah dibuka, sebarang aduan tidak akan dilayan.
After buka botol, rendamkan/soak lens selama 6 jam/ le...bih menggunakan solution(multipurpose solution). jangan sesekali menggunakan air paip/air biasa untuk membersihkan lens/lens case. Selepas direndam baru boleh menggunakan lens dengan selamat.
Pada penggunaan pertama kali, start dengan 4 hours/jam dulu, and then baru ansur2kan jam pemakaiannya..tambah dlm 2 jam sehari. jika mata anda rase letih atau tidak tahan, perlulah membuka lens itu.jangan memaksa mata anda.rendam lens dlm soltuion water then baru pakai balik.
Jika tidak menggunakan lens untuk tempoh yang lama, setiap minggu perlu tukarkan solution water yg digunakan untuk merendam lens di dlm lens case.
Pastikan tangan anda dicuci bersih(soap free) dan dilap kering sbelum memegang/menyentuh lens. Jangan sekali2 berkongsi lens dengan org lain..Sangat2 bahaya..

If the edges of your lens turn out, it is inside out. To correct this, apply a few drops of Multipurpose Solution on your lens and reverse it.
Langkah 1: Basuh tangan setiap kali anda ingin membuka kanta lekap. Selepas basuh pastikan tangan anda dikeringkan kerana air paip masih mengandungi kuman atau bakteria kecuali anda menggunakan air yang ditapis.
Langkah 2: Keluarkan kanta lekap secara berhati-hati dengan tangan yang bersih dan kering.
Langkah 3: Letakkan kanta lekap dengan tapak tangan anda. Bersihkan dengan cara meletakkan 3-4 titis pembersih penyelesai pelbagai guna(multipurpose solution) terutrama di bahagian atas kanta tersebut. Gunakan salah satu jari anda untuk menggosok kanta dengan lembut bersama titisan pencuci tadi.
Langkah 4: Bilaslah kanta lengkap anda dengan titisan pencuci khas yang sama untuk menghilangkan kuman yang terlekat padanya.
Langkah 5: Simpan kanta lekap anda dalam bekas khasnya, pastikan bekas tersebut bersih dan perlulah diganti dengan kerap supaya kuman yang ada pada bekas lama tidak melekat pada kanta lekap anda.

Failure to follow the correct lens care regime may result in the development of serious eye problems.Cleaning and rinsing are essential to remove mucus, secretions, and deposits which may have accumulated during use. Do this immediately after removing your lenses and prior to disinfection.Harmful germs can only be removed by cleaning, rinsing and disinfecting.
-After you have received the lens from us, please soak the lens in the recommended solution for at least two (2) hours before using it.
-Use fresh, unexpired lens care solutions.
-Never use solutions recommended for conventional hard lenses only.
-Never put your lenses in your mouth or use anything other than the recommended solutions for lubricating or wetting your lenses.
-Never rinse them in tap water, since this can contain many impurities that can contaminate or damage your lenses and may lead to eye infection or injury.
-Put each lens into the correct chamber of the lens storage system and make sure they are completely immersed in the storage solution when they are not being worn. If lenses left our for long periods, they may dry out and become brittle.
-Seek the advice of your Eye Care Practitioner if your lenses are to be stored for extended periods. Since lens cases can be a source of bacteria, after use they should be emptied, cleaned and rinsed with recommended sterile solutions and allowed to air dry.
-Your lens case should also be replaced regulary, as advised by the lens case manufacturer or your Eye care Practitioner.
-Never use tap water ro rinse your lens case.
